The St George clinic provides a wide range of services & programs.

Goondir Health Service has a partnership with the Queensland Health Medical practitioners at the St George Hospital where they deliver sessions at the clinic.

Hearing Health:

Tuesdays is the allocated day for hearing health screenings to be conducted in the clinic. (child and adult)

All referrals for ENT are referred to the visiting Ear, Nose and Throat specialist; this specialist visits the St George hospital every month.
All referrals to the Audiologist are referred to the Australian Hearing Service in Toowoomba or the visiting Audiologist in Roma.
Screenings are carried out annually in the local schools where the hearing health worker and Aboriginal health worker are set up in a room at the school and they liaise closely with the school staff who is involved in this program.

Mental Health Substance Misuse:
St George Goondir Health Services Substance Misuse Worker provides for the community the following:

Assess individual and social needs of the Aboriginal people within the Goondir region seeking support of problems relating to Substance misuse;
Plan, develop, implement,  monitor and evaluate Substance Misuse programs for Aboriginal people of all ages including health promotion and health education within the community;
Deliver information and education programs as well as strategies to members of the community affected by substance misuse, including family members;
Maintain an up to date knowledge of health issues as it relates to substance misuse and social services and provide practical support to clients as required;
Working in collaboration with other agencies both Government and Non-Government developing linkages and partnerships where relevant;
Advise on social and cultural aspects of treatment and rehabilitation of clients and their family  where appropriate;
Maintain up to date knowledge of current Government Drug and Alcohol programs including Alcohol and Drug services at State and National levels;
The Substance Misuse Worker provides home visits to clients within the Goondir Health Services service region.

Transport:
All clients are encouraged to arrange their own transport as the transport service that Goondir Health supplies is a complimentary service and should only be used when the client does not have access to private or public transport.
Goondir Health Service does provide a local and long distance transport service to those clients who do not have this access.

LOCAL: within the town area
LONG DISTANCE: Normally to the towns of Dalby, Toowoomba, Dirranbandi, Thallon, Goondiwindi and Roma.
All persons including clients and staff are required to follow the Goondir transport policy.
