AFTER HOURS CARE

IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT A DOCTOR WHEN THE SURGERY IS CLOSED, PLEASE CALL THE MOBILE NUMBER 0438 144 895.

HOME VISITS

Home visits are available for clients of the service who are unable to  attend the surgery.  Screenings include; blood pressure, blood sugar  level, pulse rate, urine analysis, dressings and general health  information.  Visits can also be arranged for patients in nursing homes  and hospitals.


CLIENT COMPLAINTS

Clients who wish to lodge a complaint may do so by speaking to the Clinic  Co-ordinator by phoning 4662 6199 or may do so in writing to the Chief  Executive Officer PO Box 559 Dalby.
Alternatively you can contact the Health Rights Commission directly on: 1800 007 308.

TELEPHONING YOUR DOCTOR

LONGER CONSULTATIONS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.  A MESSAGE WILL BE TAKEN WHEN THE DOCTOR CONCERNED IS WITH ANOTHER CLIENT.  IN THE EVENT OF AN  EMERGENCY, CALLS WILL BE PUT STRAIGHT THROUGH TO THE DOCTOR.

FEES AND BILLING ARRANGEMENTS

Bulk billing is available for all clients through Medicare, as well as  Veteran’s Affairs cardholder’s.  The Doctor or staff will advise you of  any other costs that might arise from your consultation or treatment (eg specialist appointments etc).  All clients are urged to produce their  Medicare care every time they visit the Health Service.  Also to inform  the reception staff of any change in personal details (eg address, phone numbers, new baby, etc)

OUR AIM IS TO PROVIDE CLIENTS WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE HEALTH SERVICE.  TO  ACHIEVE THIS WE ASK CLIENTS TO DEPOSIT ANY SUGGESTIONS THEY MAY HAVE IN  THE SUGGESTION BOX PROVIDED IN RECEPTION AND ALSO ON THE FEEDBACK WEBPAGE (LINK ON HOMEPAGE).
