Goondir seeks to continually improve the standard of service it provides to its Clients. 

To achieve this, Goondir has become involved in Government sponsored accreditation schemes. 

There are several types:

• 
  The Practice Accreditation - which refers to the medical practice of which Goondir has in two locations.  Accreditation has been attained at each of the three Goondir Health Services Clinics.
• 
  The Health Service Accreditation - covers the whole of Goondir and all of its staff,  The Service has to meet a set of national standards that are accepted around the world.  Goondir achieved that accreditation in May 2002 after years of preparation.

Goondir is the third Aboriginal Medical Service (AMS) in Australia and the first in Queensland to achieve this, which means that our clients are the ones who benefit

• Transport Accreditation
  The Goondir transport service is fully accredited with Queensland Transport standards and all drivers are accredited operators.
